- All products come with a standard warranty against manufacturers defect. Most manufacturers offer a 1 year warranty against defects. We only select the finest manufacturers with top reputations for quality assurance.
- FurnitureInNeYork.com makes every effort to provide high quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your furniture. However, images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings. Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order we suggest contacting us by phone or e-mail in order to further assist you. Please note we are not responsible for color variations or measurement discrepancies.
- Most items require some assembly unless the product specifically states fully assembled. All parts including tools, screws, nuts and bolts are packed securely in small bags and boxed with easy to follow instructions. Typical tools that you may need include a hammer, an adjustable wrench and screwdrivers. Please email us if you want to check on specific items.
- We offer installation and assembly on all items that are delivered using our In-House Delivery Service. Our delivery service is offered only in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware and Maryland. Our delivery service is offered depending on size and quantity of order. - Installation charges depend on each specific item.
- Your Order can be completed online by simply clicking the "Order Now" button next to the item you wish to order. The secure server will protect and scramble all of your shipping and credit card numbers with Industry-Standard SSL encryption technology. If you feel more comfortable you may phone or fax your order. However, placing your order online is extremely safe and secure. Your privacy and security is our number one priority.

Paying For Orders
All credit card transactions will be charged by Semperfi Trading, LLC.
- FurnitureInNewYork.com accepts Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks or money orders. All cards are charged immediately. Orders that are payed for by check will not be processed and shipped until the check has cleared.
- Furnitureinnewyork.com accepts Money Orders, Bank Checks, Personal Checks, and Business Checks. All Checks must clear before merchandise will be shipped. If you would like to pay by check just print out an order form and mail it to us. Be sure to enter the correct item codes & sizes. You may also order via telephone. Your check can be mailed to the following address:

- There is no sales tax collected on any order shipped outside of New York. Furnitureinneyork.com will collect the appropriate sales tax for orders shipped within NY State. This will be added to your final total when placing your order. Tax Exempt Organizations should fax resale certificates after placing your order.
- Orders may be canceled as long as they have not shipped out. Exceptions are specials orders, orders that have shipped, or will be shipping within 48 hours of your cancellation request. Special orders can only be changed within 3 days of the purchase and are nonrefundable.
- Our staff is full trained to offer any assistance to help you. Our excellent packaging and shipping experience reduces the chances of damage. However, perfection is not easy to achieve. We will do our best to work with you and make everything right. In the event of damage please save all original packaging and notify us immediately. Damages to items shipped must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately. If there are partial damages or shortages please contact right away so we can arrange delivery of the correct parts, replacement parts, or missing parts. If the parts are not replicable and an item exchange is needed we will send a replacement and schedule a pickup for the damaged items. We will not except any items that have been assembled. We are not responsible for any damages not reported within 5 days of arrival.
- Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can change your order one week before delivery . We will do our best to help you resolve any issues with damaged merchandise.
